Good morning Sunshine



It may take a while to get used to a truly high-fiber breakfast cereal. The secret is To eat 2 soup spoons of All Bran with a total 2% fat yogurt and a small spoon of honey....Trust me...its a very delicious breakfast...along with your favourite coffee...but it better be without sugar.We must exercise,feed healthy and take care of our body in order for the body to take care of us!
After 3 hours you may eat fruits! :)
